Most Countries require the following documents:

Bill of Lading.

This is used to collect the vehicle at the port and to prove you have ownership. It is very important so it must be kept safe. When we ship the vehicle we will get 3 papers of original B/L from the shipping line. ( First original ,Second original, Third original )

We will send to you first and second original documents to you. The B/L includes all the contact details of your local shipping agent in your country. After you get the B/L copy from us you can contact your local sipping agent and get more details of the shipment.

Before rich the vessel to your port the local shipping agent should send the arrival notice. (Post card or Tel. call) When the shipment comes and if you not receive the original documents we can instruct to sipping company to release the vehicles with out original documents to Consignee. (in that way you will get the cargo release Delivery Order immediately from the shipping agent) To do that way Company should have all 3 original B/L.

Once you receive the original B/L from us you have to handover that to your local shipping agent to get the Delivery Order for cargo release. (For the clearing purpose you better get professional customs clearing company service in your port)

Commercial Invoice.

This is the documents transaction between exporter and importer with regard to the goods sold. Kind of bill issuing from the supplier to owner with all details of relevant vehicle and the shipment. it needs when the clearing process in your port and give customs to pay import taxes for the vehicle.

Cancellation of Registration.

This is to show that the car has been exported from Japan and provides the technical details of the car. This need to clearing process in your port and register the vehicle in your country.

Translation of Registration Certificate.

We will translate the cancellation certificate into English or your preferred language.

Declaration.

This is kind of certificate providing by JAPAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE to certify the exporter documents are true and correct.

Marine Insurance.

This is Marine insurance policy if you are order from our company for your vehicle but excludes losses that can be recovered from the carrier. This documents we are providing if you order that from us only and that should order before the shipment.
